Abstract

Teknologi semakin berkembang pesat di era sekarang ini. Sehingga sistem informasi menjadi hal utama dalam sebuah organisasi untuk menunjang kemudahan dalam sebuah pekerjaan. Seperti halnya di bidang jasa, salah satunya yaitu Persewaan Kamera Sewa Kamera Karanganyar yang mana mulai dari pemesanan kamera dilakukan melalui pesan Whatsapp hingga laporan dilaksanakan secara tertulis manual. Sehingga hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti data kamera, data pelanggan yang hilang/rusak.
Oleh sebab itu diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem pemesanan berbasis website supaya data yang tersimpan di sistem terjamin keamanannya serta dapat mempermudah pasien dalam melakukan reservasi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu metode Waterfall. Sistem ini dibuat dengan framework CodeIgniter 3. Perancangan sistem website ini didukung oleh tools program UML (Unified Modelling Language). Sistem website ini dapat memberikan informasi secara dinamis mengenai chat/pesan pasien, pemesanan kamera, mengolah data kamera, transaksi, dan cetak laporan.
Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing yang menghasilkan keluaran yang dapat diterima dan berjalan dengan baik, serta pengujian sistem kepada 2 responden bahwa uji user menyatakan sangat setuju dengan nilai presentase 70%. Hasil akhir dari persewaan kamera berbasis website di Sewa Kamera Karanganyar yaitu berupa laporan transaksi yang dapat dicetak berdasarkan hari, bulan dan tahun.

Technology is growing rapidly in today's era. So that the information system becomes the main thing in an organization to support the ease of a job. As is the case in the service sector, one of which is Camera Rental Karanganyar Camera Rental, which starts from ordering cameras via Whatsapp messages until reports are carried out manually. So it can cause some problems such as camera data, lost/damaged customer data.
Therefore, it is necessary to have a website-based ordering system so that the data stored in the system is guaranteed to be safe and can make it easier for patients to make reservations. The method used in this research is the method of data collection and the method of system development, namely the Waterfall method. This system is made with the CodeIgniter 3 framework. The design of this website system is supported by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) program tools. This website system can dynamically provide information regarding patient chat/messages, camera orders, camera data processing, transactions, and print reports.
System testing is carried out by the blackbox testing method which produces acceptable output and runs well, as well as system testing to 2 respondents that the user test stated strongly agree with the percentage value of 70%. The final result of a website-based camera rental at Karanganyar Camera Rental is a transaction report that can be printed based on the day, month and year.
