RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN PAKET UMROH BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PT.KHARISMA HARAMAIN INDONESIA

Abstrak
PT.Kharisma Haramain Indonesia telah mendapatkan izin dengan nomor SK U.331 Tahun 2020 berlokasi Graha Nino, Jl. A. Yani No.335, Manahan, Banjarsari, Surakarta. PT.Kharisma Haramain Indonesia atau disebut Kharisma tour adalah sebuah biro jasa tour umrah dan haji yang menyediakan beberapa paket serta fasilitas dan harga yang relatif. Pada sistem yang sedang berjalan sulitnya calon jamaah umrah mendapatkan informasi terkait kegiatan proses pemesanan paket umroh dikarenakan hanya menggunakan brosur, via telephone sehingga informasi terbatas. Hal ini menyebabkan peluang mendapatkan calon jamaah secara maksimal belum terpenuhi, membuat jamaah tidak mengetahui informasi-informasi terbaru. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan paket umroh berbasis website yang mampu meningkatkan pelayanan pada sisi pelanggan maupun sisi agen PT Kharisma Haramain Indonesia.
Analisis sistem menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara. Metode prototype sebagai pengembangan sistem. Sistem informasi dirancang menggunakan UML. Implementasi dari penelitian menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan editor SublimeText, database menggunakan XAMPP. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem telah berjalan menggunakan database sebagai penyimpanan data, jamaah dan agen dapat melakukan pemesanan paket umroh dengan website, admin dapat memanajemen proses pemesanan dan konten. Selain itu, proses pemesanan paket umroh dengan website akan mengurangi beban kerja admin, mempercepat waktu respons terhadap jamaah dan agen. Dengan hal ini akan memberikan kenyaman kepada jamaah dan agen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box dengan kesimpulan valid, sehingga sistem layak untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

PT.Kharisma Haramain Indonesia has obtained a permit with number SK U.331 of 2020 located Graha Nino, Jl. A. Yani No. 335, Manahan, Banjarsari, Surakarta. PT.Kharisma Haramain Indonesia or called Kharisma tour is an Umrah and Hajj tour service agency that provides several packages as well as facilities and prices that are relatively. In the current system, it is difficult for prospective Umrah pilgrims to get information related to the Umrah package ordering process because they only use brochures, via telephone, so information is limited. This causes the opportunity to get the maximum number of prospective pilgrims has not been fulfilled, making the congregation not aware of the latest information. The research objective was to design and build a website-based Umrah package ordering information system that is able to improve service on the customer and agent side of PT Kharisma Haramain Indonesia.
System analysis uses the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. The method applied in collecting data using observation, interviews. Prototype method as system development. The information system is designed using UML. The implementation of the research uses the PHP programming language with the SublimeText editor, the database uses XAMPP. The results of the study can be concluded that the system has been running using a database as data storage, pilgrims and agents can order Umrah packages with the website, admins can manage the ordering process and content. In addition, the process of ordering Umrah packages with the website will reduce admin workload, speed up response time for pilgrims and agents. This will provide comfort to pilgrims and agents. This research was carried out by testing the system using the black box method with valid conclusions, so that the system is feasible to implement.
