Abstract
PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia memiliki aplikasi berbasis mobile bernama “Lottemart Point” disediakan untuk pelanggan yang memiliki fungsi untuk kartu member elektronik, informasi promo, diskon dan infomasi new catalog. PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia belum pernah melakukan analisis user interface terhadap aplikasi “Lottemart Point”. Penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis user interface serta faktor yang mempengaruhi usabilitas aplikasi “Lottemart Point” berdasarkan prinsip dan paradigma Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer (IMK).
Heuristic Evaluation dari Jacob Nielsen adalah metode yang penulis gunakan untuk melakukan penelitian. Pada metode ini memiliki 10 variabel yaitu : Visibility Of System Status (Z1), Match Between System and The Real World (Z2), User Control and Freedom (Z3),Consistency and Standards (Z4), Error Prevention (Z5), Recognition Rather Than Retail (Z6), Flexibility and Efficiency Of Use (Z7), Aesthetic and Minimalist Design (Z8), Help Users Recognize, Diagnose and Recovers From Errors (Z9) dan Help and Documentation (Z10). Teknik analisis yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner melalui Google Form. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya akan dianalisis dan diuji validasi, reliabilitas, hipotesis Heuristic Evaluation dan hipotesis Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer (IMK).
Hasil pengujian reliabilitas dan validitas pada metode Heuristic evaluation dinyatakan reliabel dan valid. Hasil pengujian hipotesis Heuristic Evaluation dinyatakan bahwa dari 10 aspek, 1 aspek dari evaluasi Heuristic memiliki nilai severity rating 0 (nol) User Control And Freedom (Z3) 6% dan 9 lainnya memiliki nilai rating 1 (satu). Setelah dilakukan penelitian Aplikasi “Lottemart Point” dinilai telah mampu memenuhi aspek – aspek yang berkaitan dengan interaksi manusia dan Komputer, tetapi perlu dilakukan langkah perbaikan secara user interface supaya tampilan aplikasi lebih menarik dan memudahkan pengguna dengan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi.
PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia has a mobile-based application called "Lottemart Point" provided to customers which has functions for electronic member cards, promo information, discounts and new catalog information. PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia has never conducted a user interface analysis on the "Lottemart Point" application. The author conducted research with the aim of analyzing the user interface and the factors that influence the usability of the "Lottemart Point" application based on the principles and paradigm of Human and Computer Interaction (IMK).
Heuristic Evaluation from Jacob Nielsen is a method that the author uses to conduct research. This method has 10 variables, namely: Visibility Of System Status (Z1), Match Between System and The Real World (Z2), User Control and Freedom (Z3), Consistency and Standards (Z4), Error Prevention (Z5), Recognition Rather Than Retail (Z6), Flexibility and Efficiency Of Use (Z7), Aesthetic and Minimalist Design (Z8), Help Users Recognize, Diagnose and Recovers From Errors (Z9) and Help and Documentation (Z10). The analytical technique used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires via the Google Form. The data obtained will then be analyzed and tested for validation, reliability, Heuristic Evaluation hypotheses and Human and Computer Interaction (IMK) hypotheses.
The results of testing the reliability and validity of the Heuristic evaluation method are declared reliable and valid. The results of the Heuristic Evaluation hypothesis test stated that of the 10 aspects, 1 aspect of the Heuristic evaluation has a severity rating value of 0 (zero) User Control And Freedom (Z3) 6% and 9 others have a rating value of 1 (one). After conducting research, the "Lottemart Point" application is considered to be able to fulfill aspects related to human and computer interaction, but steps need to be taken to improve the user interface so that the application looks more attractive and makes it easier for users to operate the application.
