SISTEM INFORMASI PERAMALAN PENJUALAN DENGAN METODE WEIGHTED MOVING AVARAGE PADA DEPOT ISI ULANG AIR MINUM TOYA BERKAH

Abstrak
Depot isi ulang air minum Toya Berkah merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang
pengolahan air baku menjadi air minum yang dijual langsung pada konsumen untuk dikonsumsi.
Kelemahan sistem di Depot isi ulang air minum Toya Berkah untuk pengelolaan persediaan stok air
adalah pemilik harus mengecek secara manual dengan melihat langsung jumlah air yang tersisa di
wadah penyimpanan air atau tandaon dalam beberapa jangka waktu tertentu. Sistem pengelolaan stok
dibutuhkan karena sangat berpengaruh pada keputusan pemilik usaha untuk menentukan pengisian
ulang air baku.
Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 2 metode, yaitu metode pengambilan data yang terdiri dari
wawancara dan observasi, serta metode pengembangan sistem yang menggunakan metode Waterfall.
Untuk melengkapi hasil sistem yang dibuat maka dilakukan pengujian dengan Black Box Testing.
Sistem Informasi forecasting menggunakan model perhitungan Weighted Moving Average
(WMA) menghasilkan prediksi penghitungan penjualan perbulan. Dari hasil pengolahan data
penjualan air minum bulan November 2021 sampai Januari 2022 dengan pergerakan 5 bulan diperoleh
nilai MAPE 0,052. Serta hasil keterangan menguji sistem dengan Black Box Testing yaitu berhasil dan
pengujian kepada user dengan 15 responden diterima sebanyak 95%, jadi bisa dikatakan sudah
memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract
Toya Berkah drinking water refill depot is a business that operates in the field of processing
raw water into drinking water which is sold directly to consumers for consumption. The weakness of
the system at the Toya Berkah drinking water refill depot for managing water stock supplies is that the
owner has to check manually by looking directly at the amount of air remaining in the air storage
container or tank within a certain period of time. A stock management system is needed because it
greatly influences the business owner's decision to determine how to refill raw water.
This research is divided into 2 methods, namely the data collection method which consists of
interviews and observations, and the system development method which uses the Waterfall method. To
complete the results of the system created, testing was carried out using Black Box Testing.
The forecasting information system uses the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) calculation
model to produce monthly sales calculation predictions. From the results of processing drinking water
sales data from November 2021 to January 2022 with a movement of 5 months, a MAPE value of 0.052
was obtained. As well as the results of testing the system with Black Box Testing, namely that it was
successful and testing on users with 15 respondents was 95% accepted, so it can be said that it has met
user needs.
