Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem perawatan dan penjadwalan
preventive maintenance pada mesin stitching Müller Martini 321 di CV
Madyotomo dengan pendekatan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Selama
periode Januari–Juni 2025, mesin mengalami downtime total 20.114 menit dengan
kerugian finansial Rp 50.285.550. Hasil analisis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
(FMEA) menunjukkan empat komponen kritis, yaitu bearing (RPN 240), v-belt
(RPN 189), shaft gear (RPN 175), dan gear penyangga (RPN 160). Perhitungan
Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) dan Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) menghasilkan
nilai MTTR bearing 3,7 jam dengan interval perawatan optimal 18 hari, v-belt
MTTR 3,3 jam dengan interval 21 hari, shaft gear MTTR 2,42 jam dengan interval
21 hari, serta gear penyangga dengan interval perawatan 28 hari. Penerapan metode
RCM dan integrasi konsep 5R terbukti mampu meminimalkan downtime,
memperpanjang umur komponen kritis, serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses
produksi.
