ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU POST PARTUM KALA IV DENGAN INTERVENSI PIJAT OKSITOSIN

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang post partum kala IV merupakan masa di mulai setelah kelahiran plasenta dan berakhir ketika alat kandungan kembali seperti semula sebelum hamil, yang berlangsung selama enam minggu atau 42 hari, selama pemulihan ini ibu akan memberikan ASI kepada bayinya. Namun tidak semua ibu dapat langsung mengeluarkan ASI , kendala dalam meberikan ASI secara dini pada hari pertama melahirkna yaitu salah satunya disebabkan oleh kecemasan dan ketakutan ibu akan kurangnya produksi ASI. Kurangnya produksi ASI ini dapat meningkat salah satunya menggunakan tindakan non-farmakologi yaitu pijat oksitosin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum kala IV dengan intervensi pijat oksitosin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Studi kasus ini mengeksplorasikan penerapan masalah asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum kala IV dengan intervensi pijat oksitosin. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum IV dengan intervensi pijat oksitosin dengan masalah keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif yang dilakukan tindakan pijat oksitosin selama 3 hari didapatkan hasil terjadi peningkatan produksi ASI. Kesimpulan setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan masalah teratasi sebagian dengan adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi.

NURSING CARE FOR POST PARTUM MOTHERS IN THE IV TIME WITH OXYTOCIN MASSAGE INTERVENTION

ABSTRACT

The background of post partum stage IV is the period that begins after the birth of the placenta and ends when the uterine devices return to their pre-pregnancy state, which lasts for six weeks or 42 days, during this recovery the mother will provide breast milk to her baby. However, not all mothers can immediately express breast milk, the obstacle in giving breast milk early on the first day of delivery is one of them caused by the mother's anxiety and fear of a lack of milk production. This lack of milk production can be increased by using non-pharmacological measures, namely oxytocin massage. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care to post partum mothers in the fourth stage with oxytocin massage intervention. This research method uses a case study design. This case study explores the application of nursing care problems to post partum mothers in the fourth stage with oxytocin massage interventions. The results of the study showed that the management of nursing care for post partum IV mothers with oxytocin massage interventions with breastfeeding nursing problems was not effective. Oxytocin massage was performed for 3 days, the result was an increase in milk production. The conclusion after the nursing action was carried out the problem was partially resolved by the difference before and after the intervention was carried out.
