ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah keadaan ketika sesorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah diatas normal. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik diatas 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik diatas 90 mmHg. Tujuan: Studi kasus ini untuk melakukan pengkajian keperawatan, penegakan diagnosis keperawatan, menyusun rencana keperawatan, melaksanakan tindakan keperawatan, melakukan evaluasi keperawatan dan menerapkan terapi akupresur thaichong acupoint yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi dalam penerapan terapi akupresur thaichong acupoint pada pasien hipertensi dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Subjek dalam studi kasus ini ialah pasien dengan hipertensi berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan usia 33 tahun. Masalah keperawatan yang ditemukan pada klien yaitu risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif berhubungan dengan proses hipertensi
Hasil: Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan didapatkan hasil, subjektif: pasien mengatakan kepala tidak pusing. Objektif: TD 130/80 mmHg N: 97x/menit, RR: 20x/menit sehingga masalah teratasi dan intervensi dihentikan. Kesimpulan: Setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan masalah risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hipertensi teratasi dan intervensi dihentikan.

ABSTRACT
Background: Hypertension is a condition when a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal. Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. The purpose: This case study is to conduct nursing assessments, establish nursing diagnoses, develop nursing plans, carry out nursing actions, conduct nursing evaluations and apply thaichong acupoint acupressure therapy which aims to lower blood pressure. Method: This case study uses a descriptive method with a nursing care approach which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation in the application of thaichong acupoint acupressure therapy in hypertensive patients in lowering blood pressure. The subjects in this case study were patients with hypertension who were men with the age of 33 years. The nursing problem found in clients is the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion associated with the hypertensive process
Result: After the nursing action obtained results, subjective: the patient said the head was not dizzy. Objective: TD 130/80 mmHg N: 97x/min, RR: 20x/min, so that the problem is resolved and intervention is stopped. Conclusion: After nursing treatment, the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion associated with hypertension was resolved and the intervention was stopped.
